Circulus Digital Media and WISHTV.com is in search of a dynamic Digital Sales Manager who will partner with our media sales team in a consultative, creative and seller focused approach.
As we grow our digital footprint, we are expanding our management team to meet our growing needs. Joining our locally-owned and operated team, means working with a historic, community focused station with more than 65 years in the market.
WISH-TV is in downtown Indianapolis, we are in central proximity to thriving marketplaces of travel including Chicago, Louisville, Cincinnati, Columbus and St. Louis. We work hard and play hard in a historically rich community of sports, excellent local food scene, and being located just a few short miles from historical Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital sales strategies to reach and exceed revenue targets:
- Create unique and customized media plans for high profile buyers leveraging Circulus Digital’s full suite of products that can include but are not limited to: OTT, Programmatic, Video, Social, SEM
- Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies and tactics that result in exceeding personal and company revenue targets.
- Lead a team of Account Executives, manage a client pipeline and project revenue utilizing a CRM.
- Be an effective educator/trainer both internally and externally on digital tactics, benefits, and trends.
- Assists with the recruitment of talented sales professionals.
Requirements & Skills:
- 5+ years of digital marketing sales preferred.
- Must have a deep understanding of the online space and solution selling.
- Current knowledge of digital ad technology, online ad serving, 3rd party research skills such as ComScore and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in MS Office products required.
- Strong oral, problem solving, communication, writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Reporting to the Digital General Manager and Director of Sales, the successful candidate will be an expert in local digital and cross platform sales, have a solid understanding of the local and programmatic digital marketplace, and be knowledgeable about how to effectively package our digital assets.
