People’s Choice Winner of ‘Love Thy Neighborhood Awards’ revealed
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – For a second straight year, WISH-TV is proud with LISC Indianapolis to announce the “Love Thy Neighborhood Awards.”
The goal is to recognize groups and organizations making their communities better for everyone.
Last week, WISH-TV aired a special and asked you to help pick the People’s Choice Winner.
The winning organization gets a $5,000 prize.
And through the voting on WISHTV.com, we are happy to reveal that the winner is the SHE Event.
Katina Washington, the CEO and founder of the SHE Event Indy, was on Daybreak Thursday.
She talked about her organization and what winning the award will mean for the group.
