Ingredients
6 Eggs (medium)
1 1/2 lbs Mild Country Sausage
Bread Crumbs (Dry)
Directions
- Hard boil the eggs, cool and remove shells. Divide sausage into 6 quarter pound patties. Cover each egg completely with 1/4 pound of sausage. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in pan and bake for 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. Turn and bake 15 minutes longer.
