‘Gr8 Comeback’: 3’D Trophy by A-Mayes-Ing, Inc.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A family-owned shop has been putting together unique and personalized gifts for people in Indianapolis for almost four decades. 3’D Trophy A-Mayes-Ing, Inc. was passed down from father to son.

“My father started the business 39 years ago and I’ve been running it ever since ’91 so it’s been quite a journey,” owner, David Mayes II said.

In that time, Mayes says they’ve learned how to give, almost any gift you can think of, a personal feel.

“You’d be surprised,” he said. “So many things that people bring in from urns, to some jewelry, special items, even flag cases and a lot of personalized pieces. We do a lot of corporate awards as well. That really sustains us.”

Mayes says even though the pandemic has made business tougher, he’s thankful that people still have a need for personal gifts.

“As long as something needs to be engraved or personalized, we’re here to do it,” he said. “We’re glad to be here for that.”
