It’s a kitchen “takeover” with Chef Tracey of Ash & Elm Cider Co.– with a sandwich “as big as your head!”

After closing most kitchen operations during the pandemic, the local cidery is sharing some new menu items to showcase how cider pairs with food. Here’s more!

Ash & Elm Cider Co. is in the process of moving their tasting room to a bigger, full-service restaurant location at 1301 E. Washington St, about a mile closer to downtown. Their new location, in the Assembly development, will feature a chef-driven menu that celebrates local, seasonal ingredients and approachable scratch-made dishes that compliments and celebrates cider. And, Chef Tracey will be the chef at their new location! Ash & Elm Cider Co. is open for lunch and dinner every day except Mondays in their current location, and they are currently recipe testing for their new location along with serving customer favorites.
