Bent Rail Brewery opening soon in Broad Ripple

Indy Style

Craig Baker (from Local Eatery & Pub and Plow and Anchor) and Derek Means are opening a 12,000-square-foot restaurant and brewery just off the Monon Trail that promises to be Kid Friendly, offer 92 parking spaces, with a full bar, local farm support and a large outdoor area for summer dining.

We designed it as a community space and what would best serve the neighbor.  Phase two is the back yard which is about 10,000 square feet right next to the Monon…I want people to come and hang out.” — Craig Baker

4 Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Bacon and Tomato

Aged Goat Cheese, White Cheddar, Yellow Cheddar and Asiago cheese.

Don’t skimp on the bacon…as his shirt says, ‘Keep Calm/Eat Bacon’
I think it is important that kids know what PacMan is!”

Red Wine and Braised Beef Brisket

Cook your brisket low and slow and if you need to reheat…reheat slowly to keep it from getting tough.

Put a layer of cheese down on the bread to help keep the bread from getting soggy and a layer of ‘food lube’…mayo or ailoi.
Add your pulled brisket with a layer of carmelized onions on top.
For good measure you can add some horseradish.
Sweep it with more sauce.
Put on the top and take it straight to the pan or panni press.
