Indiana’s own Caplinger’s Fresh Catch has been ranked by Buzzfeed for having one of the Top 25 Lobster Rolls in America, and this morning Andrew Caplinger, owner, Caplinger’s Fresh Catch was in our kitchen showing off how they earned the title.

Lobster Roll Salad Mix

Recipe:

1# Fresh Cooked Lobster

1/2 Cup Mayo

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Onions 

1/4 cup Celery

2 Tablespoons Old Bay

Directions:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve on a toasted bun.

Hot Lobster Roll

Recipe:

Fresh Cooked Lobster Rolls 

4 Tablespoons Melted Butter

1/2 cup Diced Sweet Onion

1/2 Tablespoon Old Bay

Directions:

Melt butter and sweat onions in a pan. Add Lobster meat and Old Bay. Saute for 2 to 4 minutes.  Serve on toasted bun.
