Chef Esteban makes Gorditas and shares his Mexican twist on a Hot Dog
He’ll be at the Signature Table in Fishers tonight and this weekend… but FIRST, Chef Esteban Rosas, Con Todo Mexican Kitchen, is in OUR Indy Style kitchen, preparing us a glimpse of his upcoming popup series!
- Signature Table Wednesday 5-9 pm and then on Sunday for brunch 11-3. And he has a ticketed dinner coming up Oct. 24.
Signature Table/Fishers Test Kitchen info: All the stands will be doing brunch specials on Sunday. In the empty stand, you’ll find pastry chef Hattie McDaniel doing her famous Ricottta Donuts with all sorts of toppings. Will be fun!
