Chef Paul shares Shrimp Cake Slider recipe perfect for summer events
It’s a light and simple sandwich perfect for any summer event. Paul Dickens, chef/president of Chef Paul’s Kitchen shares his recipe for Shrimp Cake Sliders.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Shrimp
- 4 oz. Mozzarella
- 1 tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
Directions:
- Wash your 1 lb. of shrimp
- Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel
- Dice the shrimp
- Transfer all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until creamy and well combined
- Heat pan over medium heat
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil
- Add 2-3 oz of your patty portions at a time
- Sauté your patties for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown
- You can use a food processor to cut up your shrimp using the pulse option
