Chef Paul shares Shrimp Cake Slider recipe perfect for summer events

It’s a light and simple sandwich perfect for any summer event. Paul Dickens, chef/president of Chef Paul’s Kitchen shares his recipe for Shrimp Cake Sliders.


  • 1 lb. Shrimp
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp. Creole seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise


  • Wash your 1 lb. of shrimp
  • Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel 
  • Dice the shrimp 
  • Transfer all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until creamy and well combined 
  • Heat pan over medium heat
  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Add 2-3 oz of your patty portions at a time 
  • Sauté your patties for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown 
  • You can use a food processor to cut up your shrimp using the pulse option
