Chef Tia’s Creole & Cajun Cuisine: She makes Hot Honey Wings, Fried Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Ettouffe

This restaurant has a fan favorite dish of not only hot wings, but Hot Honey Wings! Chef Tia & Co’s menu specializes in Cajun and Creole Cuisine, and they have a variety of other classic American dishes as well. Tia Harrison, chef/owner of Chef Tia & Co. Restaurant joined us today to show us how she makes those famous wings, her Fried Chicken Alfredo, and Shrimp Ettouffe. Here’s more from her:

Chef Tia Harrison has been in the food service industry for over 20 years, her background includes casual and fine dining. She attended Ivy Tech for Culinary Arts and has been cooking professionally since 2008. Chef Tia & Co was established in 2009, and the restaurant opened in September 2019.

When the pandemic first began the restaurant had to close for almost a month, but now they’re back and better!

Currently they’re taking online orders for curbside pickup, offering in-person carryout, and unconventional dine-in where you can eat your takeout order at a table in the restaurant.
