Jolene Ketzenberger of Eat Drink Indy and the Signature Table has released a new Eat Drink Indy cookbook. Today she showed us how to make Craig Relyea’s recipe for coleslaw.
It can be found in the cookbook alongside more than 175 recipes contributed by area chefs, bartenders,home cooks, business owners and local food fans. You’ll find drink recipes, main dishes, soups, salads, sides, bread and lots of desserts!
Proceeds from the sale of this e-book will benefit the Equilibre Foundation, a local nonprofit organization working to provide hospitality workers assistance and access to free services that help bring balance to their lives through strategic partnerships in the fields of mental health, fitness, nutrition, financial literacy and addiction to help the uninsured or underinsured.
