Dessert in a glass, this cocktail is a creamy, flavorful martini with sweet and salty notes and made with Ketel One, Caramel, Cream and Madagascar Vanilla Bean. For those who prefer a smoky, earthier cocktail, Ocean Prime’s Rye on the Hudson is a popular choice.

Late this summer, Ocean Prime Indianapolis acquired its own private barrel of Hudson Manhattan Rye, custom blended by the Indianapolis beverage team through a collaboration with the team at Hudson Whiskey Distillery. The Hudson Manhattan Rye is featured in their Rye on the Hudson. Salty Caramel Dessert Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Ketel One Vodka 
1 oz. Giffard Vanille De Madagascar 
½ oz. Baileys Irish Cream Salted Caramel Liqueur 
1 oz. Caramel 
2 oz. Half & Half 
1 Egg White 

Combine all ingredients in small shaker. Fill larger shaker with ice and shake vigorously until mixture is integrated and chilled. Strain cocktail into chilled coupe and garnish with smoked sea salt.
