Easy chair yoga poses you can practice anywhere

Many of us are look for a way to stay fit and to also calm our nerves, so why not combine the two? Today, Fred Loeffler, Physical Therapist with IHTC and Kimber Blackwell, Physician Assistant with IHTC showed us a relaxing workout anyone can do. It’s called chair yoga.

Many of us are spending more time in front of computers, sitting down or on the couch and during these challenging times, so Loeffler wants to help teach us the benefits of movement for our minds and bodies.

Chair Yoga can be done in just a few minutes from your desk chair or even the couch. Indiana Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center is the only federally recognized hemophilia treatment center in Indiana and one of the nation’s largest.

The nonprofit healthcare provider’s practitioners are experts in the care of bleeding disorders. They deliver patient and family centered comprehensive care for hemophilia, thrombosis, von Willebrand disease, sickle cell disease and other bleeding  and clotting disorders, including rare conditions.
