Firefighter Tim is BACK in our kitchen with a hearty recipe the ENTIRE family will love!

It’s a dish named after his wrestling coach, and now Firefighter Tim is sharing it with us. (plus, a few more recipes, too!) Here you go:

Two grilled of seared Polish kielbasas
Tablespoon Hungarian Paprika
Seasoning salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chili powder to taste
Creole seasoning to taste

Directions
Fry potatoes in pan with olive oil. Once they begin to soften, add onion and pepper.  Add dry seasonings and mix together.  Sear or grill kielbasa separately.  Dice the kielbasa. Cook together in pan for 5-10 minutes.  Enjoy.
