Example workouts:
Pushup/Low row hanging pull
Squats/ Crunch 
Dip/Lunge 

Every Hour Pyramid workout:
Hour 1:Pushups x 5, Squat x 5, Dip x 5, once through 
Hour 2:Pushups 5, Squats 5, Dip x 5, twice through 
Hour 3:Pushups 5, Squats 5, Dips x 5, three times through 
Hour 4: Pushups 5, Squats 5, Dips x 5, Four  times through 
Hour 5: Pushups 5, Squats 5, Dips x 5, five times through
