On today’s Indy Style, Firefighter Tim does a Swing Weight Workout– something you can do with a single weight plate that’s good for at-home exercise. It’s a workout he used to do when he was a wrestler and coach, too! And did you know? This weekend is the state championships for wrestling– so here’s a workout in honor of them!
