Gin & Tonic, Gin Cosmo Rickey recipes in honor of tomorrow’s National Gin & Tonic Day
Tomorrow is national Gin & Tonic Day but Mattias Horseman, brand ambassador for Hendrick’s Gin is celebrating a day early with a quite unusual cocktail demonstration featuring rose and cucumbers accents and a little magic. Mattias encourages everyone to stay safe at home by using a liquor delivery service, such as Drizly, to order ingredients.
Recipe:
Hendrick’s G&T
- 1 part Hendrick’s Gin
- 2 parts tonic water (optional: substitute with flavored tonic water, such as Elderflower)
Directions:
Fill a highball glass with good cubed ice. Combine all ingredients and give a gentle stir. Garnish with a cucumber.
Hendrick’s Gin Cosmo Rickey
- 2 parts Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice
- ½ part simple syrup
- ½ part freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ part cranberry juice
- Top with soda water
Directions:
Build ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Gently stir and garnish with an orange wheel.
