It’s a great problem to have when Goat Yoga sells out while on Indy Style before their segment can get posted to the web!

Goat Yoga on Saturday, October 20 at Traders Point Creamery is officially sold out, but the next Goat Yoga event is on Saturday, January 12 at Traders Point Historic Red Barn. More details can be found here. Red Bud Farm and Caprini Creamery’s Mike Hoopengardner and Traders Point Creamery’s Ramika Rodriguez preview the highly popular return of Goat Yoga. 

Guests will enjoy 60 minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga with adorable goats from Caprini Creamery. Goat Yoga came from an idea to get more people to a local farmers market while raising money for SNAP-Supplemental Nutrition Awareness Program. In partnership with Caprini Creamery, the most delicious goat cheese in Indiana, animal therapy is a great way to introduce new people to yoga. The goal is to bring a little yoga, a little education, and a little fun to Indianapolis. A healthy body, a healthy mind and a little laughter leads to a happy person.
