Have fun improving your strength, flexibility with the Animal Flow workout

If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to get moving and fit. Here’s a new trend in fitness. It’s called Animal Flow. WISH-TV’s Mckinzie Roth caught up with Mike Fitch, fitness educator and movement coach of the workout plan.

Animal Flow is a ground based, body weight workout designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts internationally. Fitch has over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry.

With many people still hesitant to go back to the gym and unable to attend workout classes, Animal Flow is a unique exercise that can be practiced at home (no equipment required) and is a great way to add a fun and different element to your workouts!

It features a range of floor-based movements and combinations called the “six components,” each designed to elicit a specific result. The six components can be mixed and matched, allowing you to incorporate one, some, or all of them into your workouts.
