How to make money from your kid’s used clothes and toys

Ever wanted to be a consignor at a kids’ sale, but just aren’t sure of the best way to do it? We have a few tips from a “pro” herself! Christine Wise has been a consignor at 10 different sales (in five years) and says she’s learned a few things along the way. She advises that consignors plan early! Go through your kids’ clothes in plenty of time before the sale so you can get organized and get a feel for what you have and what people are looking to buy.

Start early. As soon as I’m switching my kids’ closet out into the cold weather clothes that are upcoming, I take all of their warm weather stuff and just kind of keep it all together on the hangers and put it in the tubs so it’s always ready to go for the next upcoming sale.”

So plan now for next year’s sale! If you’re not looking to consign quite yet, but would still like to find some great buys, here is everything you need to know about the big sale:Whale of a Sale Children’s Consignment Event
