Some say “not all chocolates are created equal,” and they may be right!

We get a lesson in CHOCOLATE 101 with Ken Stalcup and Marietta Stalcup of Lyra Chocolate US, to help us learn more about chocolate using taste, touch, smell, hear and sight! 

•    Lyra is a Slovakian chocolate company that is exclusively available in the U.S. through importers Kenmara, LLC, an Indiana-based company.
•    Lyra Chocolate is made with Fino de Aroma cocoa, a top designation by the International Cocoa Organization that applies to 8 percent of cocoa produced in the world. Lyra chocolates are also developed under the guidance of Karol Styblo, one of only five master chocolatiers in the world. 
•    Lyra’s NASA chocolate bars were recently featured on the February’s O List in Oprah Magazine.
•    Butler University MBA students were integral in launching Lyra in the United States, as they worked closely with the brand during a Global Business Experience consulting project to lay the groundwork of bringing Lyra Chocolate to the United States.
•    Lyra Chocolate is currently available locally at Market District and at lyrachocolateus.com.
