Indiana Blind Children’s Foundation establishes Toula Oberlies Creative Arts Fund 

Toula Oberlies has devoted nearly 30 years of service to the Indiana school for the blind and visually impaired.

Today, we’re announcing a fund to honor her legacy.

The Indiana Blind Children’s Foundation is now stablishing the Toula Oberlies Creative Arts Fund in her honor.

Laura Alvarado, executive director of the Indiana Blind Children’s Foundation, and Toula Oberlies herself joined us today to share about this foundation and the new fund in Toula’s honor.
