Local artist discusses inspiration and process at public event

Furniture is an art within itself, but when you add in beautiful paintings and drawings like these, it’s really something special! Today on Indy Style, Cindy Wingo, Artist & Owner of Wingo Studio, and Nikki Godersky, Show Room Manager, Form + Function, chat with Amber about the 20th Anniversary of Form + Function and it’s role in design in the Indianapolis community, as well the story of the 18 yr. relationship between Form + Function and the artist Wingo.

There will be a talk given by Wingo at the store on Saturday, August 20th starting at 1 p.m. It will have a discussion about her history, process and inspiration followed by a question and answer period. A brief introduction of Wingo’s work on display at the studio and explanations as to their meaning.
