Local artists inspire kids to “Be Bothered”

About Adam and Be Bothered:

•    April is National Autism Awareness month, and Adam Parsons recently donated one of his murals to the Applied Behavior Center for Autism in Fishers.
•    Through his bright characters and rhyming poems, Adam Parsons helps bring awareness to the times we are living in and the challenges we all face.
•    In his upcoming exhibit and workshop at The Box Media Production Space, kids and adults will be encouraged to be creative – through drawing and poetry contests, contributing their ideas of how to work together to create a better world on the Be Bothered wall, or attending the digital art workshop to learn how to draw using iPads and a computer program called Procreate.

More information and sign up for the April 12 interactive public art exhibit or the April 13 digital art workshop is at www.adamparsonsart.com.
