Matt Rubin’s wife developed a dairy allergy and was devasted when she found out she would no longer be able to enjoy chocolate, so, being the loving husband that he is, Matt got to work developing a chocolate his wife could still eat and love.

After many tests and experiments, SoChatti was born and made with only three ingredients: cacao butter, cane sugar, and cacao beans responsibly sourced from around the world, so every batch is unique!
