Mambo’s Cheesesteak Grill makes Lomo Saltado (Peruvian sandwich), Hawaiian Burger
It was Peru meets Hawaii in the Indy Style kitchen today! Ricardo Martinez of Mambo’s Cheesesteak Grill joined us today with Juan Abascal of Azucar Morena to make Lomo Saltado (Peruvian sandwich), a Hawaiian Burger and they gave us a try of Azcuar Morena’s signature juices.
