It’s incredible to witness the bond between a serviceman and his emotional support dog. 

Pet Pals TV’s Patty Spitler sat down with Todd Wood, a veteran officer in the Army Reserve, and discusses how Veteran’s Best Friend, Indiana paired him with Huey. 

Michelle Goldner, dog trainer for Veteran’s Best Friend, Indiana, is doing her part in helping veterans by training and placing dogs as pets, at no cost to the veteran. A dog can help ease anxiety, loneliness, depression, even PTSD symptoms.  Pet ownership encourages love and acceptance, companionship, responsibility, interaction, and exercise.
