Palomino is offering Italian Mules, exclusively available on Mondays.

Mixologist David Wheaton shakes up the Monday special, made with Smirnoff Vodka, Campari and Gran Gala liqueur, grapefruit juice and ginger beer, and served in a copper mug with an orange twist garnish.

Italian Mule at Palomino 
INGREDIENTS:
Ice 
Smirnoff Vodka: 1.5 Fluid Oz
Campari Liqueur: .25 Fluid Oz
Gran Gala Liqueur: .25 Fluid Oz
Grapefruit Juice: 1 Fluid Oz
Ginger Beer: 2 Fluid Oz
Orange Twist

DIRECTIONS:
1.     Build the drink in a copper cup.
2.     Fill with ice, and add Smirnoff Vodka, Campari, Gran Gala and Grapefruit Juice. 
3.     Top with Ginger Beer and stir.
4.     Garnish with orange peel twist.
