About 101 Beer Kitchen:
– We are a husband and wife owned company by Thad and Jessica Kittrell. We started in Dublin, Ohio and have expanded with 3 stores in the Columbus area. The 4th store is in Fishers in the yard district, being our first store outside of Ohio.
-We are big in pairing food and beverage, and passing that knowledge of to our guests. We consider ourselves beer and food geeks. This is why with each of the food offerings we brought today, we have paired it with a beer.
-Our slogan is Unpretentious, Uncommon, Uncomplicated. We do things in an elevated style, but try to keep things simple.
-Our logo is an ampersand. This is our dedication to pairing food and beverage offerings.
