We love when people follow their passions!
Aniseh Ebbini, owner of Henhouse Bakery, had her first child at the end of 2017 and was struggling with the idea of returning to work. She has always loved baking and creating, so she began brainstorming ways to stay home with her newborn son and creating her own business from home. Over the many years of baking and trying new recipes, Aniseh found a way to to recreate her favorite treats into gluten-free form. Everything in her kitchen is gluten-free, so there’s no risk for cross-contamination.
Aniseh shares her Royal Icing recipe and teaches Tracy and Nina tricks on decorating cookies with simple designs.
