Spicy Tuna and Roasted Fish with Havana Cigar Lounge

They’re headed into their first fall, and they’re excited about it! Executive Chef Ricky Martinez from Havana Cigar Lounge shares recipes for Spicy Tuna and Roasted Fish.


Recipe for: Spicy Tuna

• Fresh tuna sushi grade
• Cajun seasoning
• Arugula
• Cucumber
• Julienned red onions
• Shaved fennel
• Avocado
• Lime juice
• Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cut tuna in 3-4oz cubes
  2. Rub cajun seasoning on the tuna
  3. In a pan heat oil on medium temp
  4. Sear al the sides for 10 seconds on each side
  5. In a mixing bowl add al the ingredients and toss them together
  6. Slice the tuna
  7. Place the salad in a plate and topped with the tuna

Dressing suggestion
2 parts soy sauce 1-part honey

Recipe for: Roasted Fish

• Fish filet (preferable skin on)
• Chile puree (3 dried chilis, ½ tsp cumin,1cup water)
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
