Steak and Egg Street Tacos
Ingredients:
New York strip
Eggs
Avocado
Corn tortilla shells
Salt
Pepper
Adabo seasoning
Paprika
Garlic powder
Fresh cilantro
Pico de Gallo
Recipe:
Butterfly steak and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Adobo, and paprika. Pan sear the steak on a cast iron skillet for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Then slice thinly. You can sear the corn tortilla is the same pan you cooked your steak in. Fry your egg and slice your avocado. Salt and pepper both egg and avocado to taste. Now to build your tacos: place avocado, then steak onto corn shell topped by your egg, and garnish with fresh cilantro and Pico de Gallo. Enjoy.
Triple Layer Smoothie
Ingredients:
(Strawberry layer)
1 cup frozen Strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup ice
3/4 cup Vanilla protein/ or cashew milk
Tbs honey
Tsp Vanilla extract
Handful of oats
(Banana layer)
1 frozen banana
1 cup ice
5 oz Vanilla Greek yogurt
Tbs honey
Handful of oats
3/4 cup Vanilla protein/or cashew milk
Tsp Vanilla extract
(Blueberry layer)
1 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup ice
3oz Vanilla Greek yogurt
3/4 cup peach protein/ or cashew milk
Handful of oats
Recipe:
Blend each layer separately.
Pour the blueberry layer into bottom 3rd of cup, next pour the banana layer on top of blueberry layer. Block the pour with a spoon to help keep the smoothie layered. Next pour the top layer with strawberry smoothie. Pour the same way as the banana layer.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 frozen banana
Large scoop natural peanut butter
1 cup Chocolate peanut butter
Handful oats
Tbs honey
1/2 cup ice
Recipe
Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
