Watermelon Polo Bowl Punch
5 ounces Reposado Tequila
4 ounces Teakoe Wayward Watermelon Tea
3 ounces watermelon shrub
2 ounces strawberry syrup
1 ounce fresh lime juice
Mint sprigs for garnish
Mix all ingredients together in a punch bowl. Garnish with mint sprigs.
4 cucumber wheels
1.5 ounces Camarena Reposado tequila
3/4 ounces housemade cardamom syrup
3/4 ounces fresh lime juice
Cucumber wheel for garnish
In a shaker tin, muddle cucumber wheels. Add the tequila, syrup and lime juice and shake vigorously for seven seconds. Double strain through a mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
