THREE must-have dresses for Fall and Winter

Wearing dresses when it’s warm out is a no-brainer, but don’t forget they’re an option when there’s a chill in the air too! By simply adding a vest or jacket, & tights & boots or even layering it over jeans or pants, a dress is suddenly one of the most appropriate things you can wear for fall.

Beauty and Lifestyle Expert Natalie Sexton rounded up THREE of her must-have timeless dresses for Fall that will easily stick around for seasons to come and will flatter any body type. The bonus, they are all under $50!

Trend 1 The Sweatshirt Dress is the ultimate dress of 2020, fashion this year has shifted to the year of comfort dressing so we are seeing sweatshirt dresses popping up everywhere, they are the epitome of athleisure cool this Fall! I love this pistachio hue, it’s so on trend this Fall and really elevates this simple shape, the longer length is refreshing because I found a lot of this style of dress last season was super short and pretty difficult to wear!

Trend 2 Babydoll/Boho Dress in Dark Florals. One of the easiest outfits to transition us into fall is unquestionably a dress-and-boot combo, voluminous mini-sheaths that pair super well with tall boots are going to be your go-to winning outfit combo. The babydoll dress is such a spot on trend for this season, if you are going to add one “fashion girl” piece to your wardrobe this season, I highly suggest it’s this fabulous frock! This works on every body type with it’s easy floaty cut, no shape wear required,

Trend 3 Knit/Sweater Dress One of my all-time favourite things is a comfy sweater dress. They’re relaxed and cozy, and they make you want to snuggle up. And just by changing up your accessories and footwear, you get tons of mileage out of them. You can go for a fashion forward reptile print knit or a classic oversized sweater dress for a surefire way to incorporate comfort into your closet rotation. Whether long, short, or somewhere in between, this piece is a timeless staple.
