Where to start when gifting wine for Valentine’s Day

Today on Indy Style Mel McMahon, Indiana Originals introduced one of their newest members, Sarah Hine, Cork and Barrel.

Indiana Originals promotes Indiana products, places, and service providers helping you identify and support local, faster and easier! Every business on our website is certified local. That means we guarantee they are Indiana-owned and operated, headquartered here, and not part of an out of state franchise. Supporting our members keeps more money in Indiana, helps our communities be unique, and creates jobs.

The Cork and Barrel was opened by Sarah Hine and
her husband Alex, along with their two children and Sarah’s mom. They are
located on Whitestown Parkway between Whitestown and Zionsville. The on-site
wine collection features up
to 300 wines and you are able to purchase a taste of any of them. The Cork and
Barrel offers wine tasting flights, wine flights, glasses, and bottles of wine
in a cozy, laid back atmosphere. Charcuterie is available from Fair Oaks farms
and Smoking Goose Meatery and several local products are available for purchase
in-store. They also sell gift baskets, wine tumblers, wine bottle lamps, and
other wine accessories. With access to 1,000 different wines, Sarah and her
team are sure to find the perfect wine for you or that special someone. Check
the calendar regularly for special events and monthly food and wine pairings!
