WISH-TV’s medical reporter talks SMART goals for 2021

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – If you’re like millions of Americans, there’s a good chance you’re looking to make some changes come 2021. In years past, becoming “healthier” has consistently been at the top of the list. But what does being healthier mean?

Relevant and Timely and is a proven, evidence-based strategy that will help you achieve your own health goals for the new year, whatever they may be.
