How to make stuffing that will please everyone at the table

It’s a Turkey Day favorite for many of us, and now the crew with Carmel Market District is sharing their recipe for how to make a stuffing that’s sure to please EVERYONE!

  • Sage stuffing (base), which contains dried bread (sourdough, Italian, french baguettes, ciabatta, or whatever you have available)
  • Chopped celery
  • Chopped onions
  • Turkey or chicken stock
  • Melted butter
  • Fresh sage
  • Ground sage, salt, pepper


  • Combine all ingredients. Put in oven-safe dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
