How to stay positive while using social media

Depression, anxiety, FOMO, jealousy. These are all things we tend
to feel if we are not using social media well. 

Today Hannah Ison, creator of Giving Hope with Hannah shares three practical ways to use social media to give you positive energy instead of taking your energy away.

1. Be aware of who you’re following. Unfollow and mute and negative, energy suckers.

2. Find positive encouraging people to follow. People that bring you inspiration and value. (check out who I follow to get a good start)

3. Identify if you are an energy giver or an energy sucker. Become an energy giver. 

Remember, “Your vibe attracts your tribe.” When you change what you are consuming and sharing your mind will grow and be much more positive!
