Today’s featured member is Handcrafted Jewelry by Teri C. Handcrafted Jewelry by Teri C. is about owning a piece of jewelry that makes you feel special each time you wear it.  Teri was born and raised in Indianapolis. As a child, she loved making jewelry out of junk—now referred to as “found objects.” Sometimes she would gift her creation or just keep it for herself. Over the years, that passion faded. After leaving the corporate world and the daily high volume of chattering, it occurred to Teri that she had a chance to reinvent her life. She always wondered if there was more for her than the daily 8am to 6pm grind. November 12, 2008—three days before her birthday—she realized, Yes! There is something more! That day, she re-discovered her passion for making one of a kind, wearable art jewelry. 

Today, Teri designs jewelry for both men and women in her home studio, where you will find two posters that help keep Teri inspired. One quotes Henry Moore as saying “There is no retirement for an artist!” and the other states “Never, never, never give up!”
