Go on, get yourself a scoop!
In our kitchen today, we celebrate National Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day with Ryan Lynch, Owner of Liftoff Creamery in Indianapolis.
LiftOff Creamery is a small aviation-themed ice cream shop located just minutes away from downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Established in 2020, LiftOff offers 25 flavors at a given time from a vast list of over 120 different flavors. Endless combinations can be made with the selection of additional candies, nuts, or fruit toppings to a nearly soft-serve form. LiftOff also serves boba, shaved ice selections, and variety of other drinks. Feeling adventurous? Try the Heavy Jet: 10 scoops of ice cream, all the toppings available, bananas, and brownies, topped with whipped cream.
LiftOff Creamery is a dream inspired by the owner’s two passions; aviation and a devotion to youth mentorship. It’s the intent through our employment opportunities, that the store is an opportunity to teach younger generations the basics of running a small business. With the aviation details we hope to inspire and share our love of aviation to the store offering an aviation themed ice cream experience and a venue to teach a perspective of small business. LiftOff Creamery wants to help you soar to deliciousness.
