Elvis is a happy pup, thanks to Stevi Kersh!

Pet Pals TV’s Patty Spitler introduces Stevi Kersh, manager of the Indianapolis City Market, and her rescue dog, Elvis.

Stevi spotted Elvis’ story on Facebook at a rescue center in Nashville, TN and drove down to adopt him. Elvis was raised as a “bait dog,” which is defined as dogs biting and tearing to subdue the opposing animal by incapacitating or killing it. Elvis is missing part of his face due to the traumatic occurrences prior to being turned over to a rescue center.
