Stay Fit with Firefighter Tim: Holiday music inspired workout
Firefighter Tim Griffin of the Carmel Fire Department joined us Thursday on “Life.Style.Live!” with a couple of fun workouts you can spice up by making them interactive using your favorite holiday song or holiday movie. He used Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and “Home Alone” for his demonstrations today.
