What’s a ‘coffee nap’ and how does it work?

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Coffee alone may not be enough to shake off your early morning sleepiness. To get that extra jolt of energy before you start your day you may want to consider a ‘coffee nap.’ While it may sound counterintuitive, there are health benefits to drinking caffeine followed by a short snooze.
