SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – Want a job you can relish?
Oscar Mayer is searching for its next Wienermobile driver!
The company has launched a nationwide search for their next “hotdogger,” who not only will be in charge of the Wienermobile, but will also be the brand’s goodwill ambassador, meeting and greeting people through radio, TV appearances, grocery store and military visits, as well as charity functions.
Potential candidates should have a college degree — preferably in public relations, communications, journalism, advertising, or marketing.
The ideal hotdogger is described as outgoing, creative, friendly, and enthusiastic.
Speaking Spanish is also noted as a plus!
Applications are being accepted now through Jan. 31.
The 100 percent travel position lasts for one year, with the job beginning in June.
