Nationwide manhunt for 3 men accused of kidnapping, raping 2 Ohio teens

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (WCMH) — Police have issued a nationwide manhunt for three of four men wanted in connection to the kidnapping and rape of two Ohio teens.

According to police, the men are suspected of kidnapping and sexually assaulting two girls, ages 13 and 14.

Officers arrested one suspect, identified as Simon Juan, 24, of Guatemala. Juan is charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. 

Police have identified a second suspect as David Ramos Contreras, 27, of Mexico. Two other suspects identified themselves to the victims as Juan Garcia Rios Adiel and Arnulfo Ramos. According to investigators, Adiel used a fraudulent U.S. Permanent Residence card out of Fellsmere, Florida. 

Nationwide arrest warrants have been issued for Contreras, Adiel and Ramos for two counts of kidnapping and rape. 

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the suspects or the incident are urged to contact the Bowling Green Police Division at 419-352-1131, Wood County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-54-CRIME or your local law enforcement agency. Information leading to the arrest and conviction of any suspect may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
