Woman shot after reportedly performing sex act for $5, Pringles
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (KRON) – A woman was shot Monday night outside a gas station after she reportedly performed a sex act in exchange for $5 and some Pringles.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says officers responded to a Shell gas station around 10:30 p.m. on a report that someone had been shot, according to WJXT.
At the scene, a woman — whose name has not been released — was found with a gunshot wound to her shoulder.
She was taken to a hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening injury, according to police.
The woman reportedly told police she agreed to perform a sex act with a man in exchange for $5 and some Pringles potato chips, according to WJXT.
But after she performed the sex act, the woman says the man demanded she give him his $5 back and then shot her in the shoulder before running away.
Police have not released a description of the suspect.
