INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Another elephant has tested positive for a rare and aggressive virus at the Indianapolis Zoo.

This is the fourth positive case at the zoo in just over two months.

The zoo says that Zahara, a 12-year-old elephant, has been responding well to treatment since being diagnosed.

In March, two elephants died from elephant endotheliotropic herpesvirus, a hemorrhagic disease. A third tested positive earlier this month

Since the deaths, the zoo instituted twice-weekly blood tests.
