How to make a Key Lime Pie Pop

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Here’s a recipe for a refreshing, citrus snack for the whole family to enjoy!

Crust: 
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon raw sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

Pop: 
2 cups greek yogurt
1/4 cup key lime juice
3 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon key lime zest

8 – 10 popsicle molds and wooden sticks

1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice and zest, and honey. Pour into molds, dividing evenly. 
2. In another small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and coconut oil. Sprinkle on top of each key lime pop, dividing evenly and packing down a little into the pop mold. 
3. Place wooden sticks in the middle of each pop. Freeze for 3-4 hours before serving.

Makes: 8 – 10 pops
