How to make Annessa’s Nightly Detox Drink

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Try this cleansing drink for bedtime to help fight inflammation, aid in gut health and lower stress. 

Nightly Detox Drink

  • 8-12 ounces warm water
  • 2 slices fresh ginger
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon raw local honey
  • 1–2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar

Stir ingredients into warm water and sip. Enjoy!
