All INdiana Politics: Judge upholds emergency powers law

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A Marion County judge ruled this week that Indiana’s new law allowing the General Assembly to call its own special session does not violate the state constitution. The law was passed in response to COVID-19 restrictions.

Attorney General Todd Rokita joins the show to discuss the ruling.

Plus, state Sen. Fady Qaddoura explains the benefits of the child care grants he championed.

The mayors of Indianapolis and Baltimore also share their thoughts on the Monday Night Football matchup between the two cities, which will be broadcast live on WISH-TV.

That’s all on this week’s edition of “All INdiana Politics.”
